Prof. Sheng Hong attended the "International Symposim on Confucianism Constitutional Government and China's Future" held by City University of Hong Kong from May 4th to 5th 2010, and carried on much communication with scholars present at the symposim on his thesis of "Virtue and Happiness Are Mother and Daughter--On Principle of Confucianism Constitutional Government and Historical Dimensions."
