October 28th, the sixth session of 2017 Unirule Western Classics Reading Class was held in Beijing. This session was dedicated to Chapter 17 of Human Action by Mises. A range of topics, such as the nature and function of money, substitutes of money, neutral money, gold standard, banking system and the generation of credit, and time preference as interest, were discussed. Professor MAO Yushi, Professor ZHU Haijiu, and Mr. Ningyue attended this session and gave lectures respectively.
