The 2010 EFN Asia International Conference was held in Jakarta, Indonesia on Oct.7th and 8th, 2010. Prof. Zhang Shuguang, Chairman of the Academic Committee of Unirule, Prof. Sheng Hong, Director of Unirule, Prof. Feng Xingyuan, Vice Director of Unirule, and Mr. Zhao Xu, Director for International Cooperation of Unirule, attended the conference. The theme of this conference is "Migration and the Wealth of Nations". Prof. Sheng Hong hosted the breakout session of "Migration and City Development Planning". Prof. Feng Xingyuan and Mr. Zhao Xu made speeches respectively on the breakout sessions of "The Role of Private Organizations in Migration" and "Domestic Migration".

The conference concluded with the adoption of a resolution  after successful two days of presentations, seminars and discussions focused on economic growth in Indonesia and other Asian economies, and especially the issues of migration and poverty alleviation in Asia. The resolution contains policy recommendations calling for relaxation of government regulation, protection of migrant rights and more migrant selection freedom and opportunities.
