Prof. Feng Xingyuan, Vice Director of the Unirule & Research Fellow of East-West Centre for Business Studies and Cultural Science, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, had an interview with a journalist form Business Watch Magazine on "the governmental competition logic of China's development path" on March 21st, 2011.

Prof. Feng Xingyuan gave his views on "competition policy is the best industrial policy," "we should not depend mainly on transfer payment to balance business power and financial power between the central authorities and local authorities," "we need rules instead of policies," "major function oriented zoning might become another destruction of property rights after the large-scale land requisition," etc., and answered questions raised by journalist Wang Li.
