Prof. Sheng Hong attended and gave a speech entitled "History and Nature of Rural Land Property Right" on the Second Forum on Overall Planning of Urban-rural Development, which was jointly organized by China Center for Urban Development (CCUD), National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), and the Center for Political Economy, Tsinghua University on May 5th and 6th, 2011 in Zhenggezhuang, Changpin District, Beijing.
