The 2011 Economic Freedom Network Asia (EFN) annual conference took place from 10th to 12th October in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prof. Sheng Hong, head of the Unirule Institute of Economics, Prof. Feng Xingyuan, vice director of the Unirule, and Mr. Zhao Xu, Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Unirule, attended the conference. Prof. Sheng Hong gave a keynote speech entitled "The Nature, Performance and Reform of Chinese State-owned Enterprises" by invitation.
