The 2011 EFN annual conference took place from 10th to 12th October in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prof. Sheng Hong attended the conference and gave a keynote speech entitled "The Nature, Performance and Reform of Chinese State-owned Enterprises" by invitation.
