On September 18^th, Professor GAO Yan, Deputy Director of Unirule Institute of Economics was invited to attend Lowy Institute 10th Anniversary China Changing Lecture in Beijing. During the event, Professor GAO Yan met with Ms. Linda Jakobson, East Asia Program Director at the Lowy Institute for International Policy. Professor GAO Yan introduced Unirule’s role in promoting China’s institutional innovation, its mission, expertise, and status quo. Ms. Jakobson introduced the efforts taken by Lowy Institute in the areas of China’s foreign policy, international cooperation and researches. They expressed anticipation for further cooperation in multiple areas.
