On the morning of July 11^th, 2014, Unirule was pleased to receive a Russian delegation from Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation represented by Mr. Konstantin Noskov, Director General; Dr. Gleb Pokatovich, Deputy Head; and Mr. Denis Ershov, Head of International Relations Department, along with Third Secretary from the Embassy of the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexey Ulianov. Professor SHENG Hong, Director of Unirule, hosted the delegation with Mr. MA Junjie, Assistant to the Director of Unirule International Cooperation Center.
