July 27th, the second session of Book Reading Salon on Hayek's Constitution of Liberty was held in Beijing.

Professor SHENG Hong, Director of Unirule; Professor ZHANG Shuguang, famous economist; Mr. WU Si, historian and President of Unirule; Professor FENG Keli, Shandong University; Professor MO Zhihong, Beijing University of Technology; Independent scholar Ningyue and Guping; Professor GAO Yan, Deputy Director of Unirule; and Mr. JIANG Hao from Unirule, attended this salon. 

This session focused on the third and fourth chapters of the book. Discussion and debate on the spontaneous order, conventions, principles, and discretion, and practices were undertaken during the salon. An insightful guidance was provided by the speakers for the audience.
