April 28th, the second Market and Urbanization Salon on “Small Towns of Attraction” was held at Unirule Beijing Office by Unirule Centre for Urban Development . Present at the salon included Professor SHENG Hong, Unirule Director; Mr. ZHAI Baohui from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; Mr. LIU Simin, expert on tourism; Mr. LI Yong from Beijing Orient Landscape(SHE:002310) and Mr. YAO Binqi from Tianrui Capital. 
Mr. ZHAI Baohui stressed that “Small Towns of Attraction” were not artificially built, but an outcome of plausible combination of local architecture, culture, and industries. Mr. LIU Simin spoke from an historical point of view and emphasized that it was critical to maintain the cultural and historical heritage of the small towns. Professor SHENG Hong emphasized the distinctness and professional operation of such small towns in order to make them stand out as new tourist resorts. Other experts also expressed their opinions regarding the establishment of these new towns and the challenges and obstacles.
