Inception Workshop of “Urban Wastewater and Solid Waste Management for Small Cities and Towns” Held in Beijing 
 
The inception workshop of “Urban Wastewater and Solid Waste Management for Small Cities and Towns”, an ADB technical assistance project, was held in Century Guojian Hotel in March 25, 2009. Participants were representatives from MOHURD, NDRC, MOF, MEP, representatives from Chongqing, Liaoning, Hebei and Jiangsu, project officials from ADB, and consultants from consortium companies including SOGREAH, Unirule and ICEA. Mr. Zhao Xu, from CCPPP delivered a speech entitled “Public Utility and Market Mechanism”.
