Prof. Sheng Hong attended the Wellington Conference on Contemporary China

The New Zealand Contemporary China Research Center, based on Victoria University, was officially opened in Wellington on April 14, 2009. The Wellington Conference on Contemporary China, based on the theme of "Institutional Dynamics and the Great Transformation of China", was then held after the opening ceremony. Prof. Sheng Hong delivered a speech entitled "The Essential Mechanism of Institutional Structure's Change in Zhongguancun: Formation of Institutions, Institutions Imitating, Institutions Borrowing, Subsidizing Transaction Costs and Remedying Markets".
