Unirule Institute of Economics held the Unirule 2009 Annual Board of Directors Meeting on Feb. 25th, 2010, and board of directors in Beijing attended the meeting. President Mao Yushi hosted the meeting. Prof. Zhang Shuguang, Chairman of the Academic Committee of Unirule, and Prof. Sheng Hong, Director of Unirule, gave reports on academic research and administrative affairs respectively to board of directors. Based on thorough discussion, members of board of directors made analysis on directions on Unirule Institute of Economics’ work in the coming year, emphasizing Unirule’s character, boundary, and orientation, and what role Unirule should play as a private academic research institute.
