The Seminar on the History, Theories, Value and Principles of Land System & Editorial Board Meeting for Journal of Land System was held by Unirule Institute of Economics in cooperation with China Land Law Research Center of Zhengzhou University in Beijing Hubei Hotel on November 9th, 2010. 

Prof. Shen Kaiju, Vice Dean of School of Law, and Director of China Land Law Research Center, Zhenzhou University, Prof. Sheng Hong, Director of Unirule, Mr. Zheng Zhenyuan, former deputy director, Department of Planning of China Land Administration Bureau, and a number of other experts and scholars attended the seminar and aired their own views on problems existing in current land system and corresponding solutions. Publication of the Journal of Land System was also discussed.
