The Unirule Institute of Economics held the Unirule Summer Camp 2012 in Chengdu city, Emeishan city and Leshan city from 15^th to 21^st July 2012.

The summer camp included the following parts:

Ⅰ The Forum on the Unirule Study Tour ――“Development of Chengdu Dialogues with Economists” and “The Financial Developmentof Chengdu Forum”were held in Jinzhuan Hall , one of the most favorite financial supermarket in Chengdu, on the first two days of the summer camp.  These events were ably supported by Sichuan Private Enterprise Property Rights Center, SichuanSME Credit Guarantee Association, Sichuan Yunsheng Financial Investment Information Consulting Co., LTD, Sichuan Winbank Equity Investment fund management Co., LTD and the School of Finance in Southwest University of Finance and Economics. In the meantime, Prof. Lin Ling ,a well-known expert, paid high attention to this camp and is an active participant in this activity .Beside, over 20 people from Universities, Research Institutions and Government Offices attended the conferences. There had been much discussion and useful communication about the development of coordination of urban - rural and Chengdu Chongqing economic circle.

Prof. Mao Yushi delivered a  wonderful lecture entitled “Seek Freedom and Escape from Poverty ” in the morning of July 16^th .After the speech, he answered some questions enthusiastically about “Is the democratic and free-market is the most optimal market?”, “How’s the future of the democracy and legality in China?”, “Influences of high house prices to nowadayseconomic progress”, “Problems of private-sector lending” and “Whether the China’s economy is growing from Keynesian to liberal-market approach or not?” from audiences in conference. Mr.Tang Jiqiang, Director of Chengdu National Hi-tech Development Planning Bureau , had also made a speech combined practices about the research “Enterprise trapezoid financing mode”

Ⅱ“Public Dialogue talking to Prof. Mao Yushi” was held in Jinli Tong Que Tai teahouse on the afternoon of July 16th. Six lucky ones had a big conversation with Prof. Mao Yushi about their concerns,such as outlook on life,social probloms and the development of the Unirle. Although the no fully preparing of the meeting and the constraint of the time, the activity is a precious experience and a good start of every similar activity in the future.

ⅢThe study tour perfectly combined with tours and studies in July 16th to 21st. Even on the tourbuses, campers made full use of the leisure time to discuss with experts on topics that they cared. While travelling from Dujiangyan to the Grant Buddha in Leshan, then to Mount Emei, Prof. Zhang Shuguang,Prof. Zhao Nong and Pfos. Feng Xingyuan shared the theory about “The pattern of economic growth and system predicament” and “Private finance and private enterprise”, Director Yao Zhongqiu narrated “The wit of Confucianism”, President Sheng Hong addressed his opinion of Confucianism in Dujiangyan to all the students.
