With the increasing changes of social organization’s macroscopic development environment and social institution change environment, Social organization‘s self construction and government’s mission conversion are both facing opportunities and challenges. Guangdong province, one of the forefront areas of social institution reform, takes active activities in Social organization innovation. It is the most valuable case for us to research social institution reform and the innovation of social management. Social organizations most immediately affected by the social management institution reform. Linked by government, Research activities may be more focused on the macro level information, and some problems may appear, such as information distortion. In order to enrich research activities and improve the information content, Beijing JunZeJun (Guangzhou) law offices South China research center of unirule invited some NGO in Guang Zhou and surrounding areas to carry out discussion seminar on the subject of “Social management reform and social organization development”

The seminar builds a dialogue platform between the theory and experience by delivering theme speech and raise questions. This seminar is divided into four parts. Firstly, Prof. Jia Xijin made a theme speech entitled“ Social management  reform  and Social organization development”. Secondly, Mr. Zhao Xu, executive director of South China research center of unirule made comments on the speech. Thirdly, Theses NGO share experiences and interaction. In the last, Mr. Yan Jun summed up and the meeting was over.
