“Jun-Ze Reading Party” No.4, jointly organized by the research center of Southern China of Unirule and Beijing JunZeJun (Guangzhou) Law Offices, was successfully held on November 26th, 2012. Prof. Ni Xing, Dean of School of Government, Sun Yat-sen University, was invited to make a brilliant speech titled “Social Development and Government Reform.” Mr. Zeng Weijian, the Chief of the Legislation Affairs Office of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government, all remarked on the speech, with Mr.Zhao Xu, who are the Executive Held of the research center of Southern China of Unirule .
